Red and soft tender texture are the attributes of tomato.  This guys play a very important position in food industry, every farmer that grown tomatoes have his own technique base in the seed and the quality of taste.  This process take chefs of all over the world to challenge themselves by picking the right tomato for their famous recipes.

In the other hand, in the 1991 Marcos A. Melgar was the Mr. TOMATE by being the only one harvesting tomatoes in a small town of Guatemala City, called Amberes, a multi seasonal place where everybody use to harvest Coffee, corn and beans.  Marcos worked hard and he insist and created a very easy way for harvest tomatoes. His tomato grooves were long enough to see those Yellow plastic strings disappear, side by side supporting those huge tall tomato plants holding bunches of green baby and full grown red tomatoes, with help of poles planted along and very well tied until the tomato season is over. He explore new markets and took more people into harvest all variety of tomato.
